The season is passing quickly and the snow is still coming. A top up every few days is meaning we have had more Powder days to date than any other season. Conditions really are amazing with our road into the Village still like a tunnel.

We have had our 2nd engagement here at the Chalet. Tris and Claire who have been twice before to the Chalet got engaged at the top of Villaroger at the end of January. Claire was totally suprised but very happy and she said yes!! We had champagne all round in the chalet.

Lots of return guests again this season, thanks to everyone for coming back to see us , and good to meet The Exall party who were newcomers as well as Ian who has since returned for his second visit this season. They hired a guide 2 days that week and Jonny joined them and had 2 of the best off piste days he’s had in a long time due to conditions.

My friends and I had a day out skiing in Les Arcs and then stopped for a bit of Apres ski in Arc 1950 before skiing home in the dark with head torches along the blue track back to Villaroger. It was great fun and we all thoroughly enjoyed it!

The new snow cannons have not been needed to date in Villaroger, however its great to know they are there for ensuring we have a full season of skiing right back down to Villaroger this year.
