We’ve  had a great start to 2014 with an Off Piste Developement week in January. We secured 2 Off Piste Instructors who gelled with our guests and gave them plenty of experiences outside their comfort zones. The atmosphere in the chalet was buzzing that week as everyone was on a high with their achievements.  Lots of laughs as they relived their day around the dinner table.

We got fresh powder, great timing Thankyou and we will definitely be offering it again next Season.

the new dishes on the menu are gong down well. We are doing a Rich Beef Stifado this year, along with a Slow roasted French Onion lamb Shank.

Favourite desserts  are proving to be Molleux aux chocolat and a Red Mixed  Berry Cheesecake.

We are offering a local cheese after every meal too.
