Its been snowing!!!!Yesterday and today we have had snow which is supposed to continue until tomorrow.We have just come back from skiing and we have probably had about 6″ up at the top. Jonny, Karl and I have just skied the black run from the Top of the Augile Rouge down to the carpark in Villaroger(7km) non-stop. It was in good condition all the way down and not too busy.Its supposed to be the longest black in Europe.
We have just finished a great week with Fran,Marina,Sally,Kate and Liz, the girls from Yorkshire. We skied them all over, I think they surprised themselves. We skied down into Italy one day and found a brilliant restaurant we had been recommended.Included in the price was wine too, so we all felt it would be rude not have a glass or two or three, as it seemed never ending. We then had to ski all the way back, which Karl and Jonny thought we did a bit quicker due to the girls alcohol fueled lunch!!!!!Everyone had a great day and it was sunshine all the way. Our next guests arrive this evening, with more on Saturday and Monday.Its half term week so the slopes will be busier this week.We very rarely have any queues here so I hope it doesn’t happen this week. Bye for now.
